FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1- What are the arrival and departure times?
You can arrive between 3pm and 8pm at the Gîte and Chambres D'Hôtes in Tournecoupe.
You can arrive at the Saint-Jean-de-Luz Apartment between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
You must vacate the room, the Gîte in Tournecoupe and the Apartment in Saint-Jean-de-Luz before 10:30 AM.
For any different schedule, you will need to obtain management approval.
2- When to pay my rent and by what payment method:
When you make an instant booking or convert your quote into a reservation, you will be asked to guarantee payment by entering your full credit card details. This entry is made via Stripe, an online payment method.
Payment for the rental of the guest rooms will be processed on site upon your departure at our SumUp payment terminal.
Payment for the cottage rental will be made upon your arrival via our SumUp payment terminal, and a security deposit of €300 will be held on your credit card for up to 5 days after your departure. Cash payment is also available and will be refunded after a joint inspection of the property upon departure.
Payment for the rental of the apartment in Saint-Jean-de-Luz will be made 15 to 20 days before your arrival via the remote payment method STRIPE and a security deposit of 300 euros will be held via credit card imprint until 5 days after your departure.
Other payment methods: Cash, bank transfers, and holiday vouchers can be arranged. Payment by check is not accepted.
"NON-SMOKING" establishment. Smoking is prohibited in our rentals.
3- Breakfast for Guest Rooms: Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8:30 and 10:30. Any other time must be arranged with management the day before. Please note: eating and drinking are prohibited in the rooms.
4- A shared kitchen is available to you free of charge:You can prepare your meals. Eat and drink in the shared kitchen/living room or in the garden.
